Prohibited Activities

Last updated · Draft

This is a working draft for product purposes. Before launch, have it reviewed and finalised by qualified Indian legal counsel.

Activities that will get an account suspended or banned.

Strictly prohibited

Solicitation of paid sexual services; unwanted sexual or romantic advances; sharing or requesting contact details to move off-platform; off-platform payments; impersonation or fake identity; harassment, threats or violence; sharing others' private information; any illegal activity.

Enforcement

Violations follow an escalating path — warning, temporary restriction, suspension, then permanent, device-linked ban. Severe violations skip straight to a ban and may be reported to authorities.
